Please take a look at the attached map and note the properties highlighted in yellow. These represent the homes in the Copper Forest Estates subdivision, which is a Deed Restricted Community. If you purchase a home within these highlighted areas, you agree to follow the Copper Forest Estates Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) and By-Laws.
